How we will work on your Google business listing, when we offer that service.
This service is not offered yet
We are still building it. These are the terms that will apply when it is offered. Nothing here is for sale today.
Plain facts first
- Your Google business listing is free from Google. Our monthly price pays for our work on it.
- We are not part of Google, and Google does not endorse us.
- No one can promise where you show up on Google, and we won't.
- You stay the owner. You can remove us any time in your Google settings.
- We only make changes you agreed to, and we tell you within 48 hours of any change.
We ask first, in writing
Before we change your listing, post on it, or reply to a review, you give us your written OK. You do this when you sign up, and we keep a record of it. We only make the kinds of changes you agreed to.
We tell you about every change
We tell you within 48 hours of any change we make to your listing, by email, saying what we changed.
You stay the owner
You add us as a manager of your listing from your own Google account. Never as an owner. We never ask for your Google password.
You can remove us any time in your Google settings, without asking us. If you tell us, we stop right away and confirm it.
What you pay for
Your Google business listing is free from Google. Our monthly price pays for our work: keeping your hours, phone, website, and details right, and the other help in your plan.
We are not Google
We are not part of Google, and Google does not endorse us. We will never say or suggest that we are.
No ranking promises
No one can promise where you show up on Google, and we won't. Anyone who promises a top spot is not being straight with you.
Reviews
- We only reply to reviews in your name with your OK, and politely.
- We never write fake reviews, never pay or reward anyone for a review, and never ask only happy customers.
- Review requests go to every customer who asks for one, the same way.
Matching details
Your business name, address, and phone should be the same on your website and your listing. If they differ, we show you both and you pick. We suggest following what Google already shows.
When you leave
We remove ourselves as a manager when you cancel. Everything on your listing stays yours.
